I believe that balancing a highly skilled workforce from all communities, races, and ethnicities brings innovation, a range of perspectives, and objectivity to the workplace. To that end, we at Troy Consulting have consistently increased our diversity workforce with a commitment to >50% diversity. One key factor has been our ability to hire consultants from across the nation based on our clients’ support of remote consulting services.

Serving as a University of Washington Foster School of Business Professional Advisor for the Business Management Consulting Program is a valued and fulfilling opportunity to give back to our community. Not only can we contribute to the learning and growth of student consulting teams, but we can also help to enable small businesses in Seattle’s economically distressed communities to expand.
